💼 About This Role

You'll install hardware and software for BRINC's Drone as a First Responder program at customer sites. You'll travel 50%-75% of the time to ensure successful implementation and customer success. This role is critical to supporting public safety agencies with cutting-edge drone technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to customer sites to assemble and troubleshoot BRINC hardware and software.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and address issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Ensure installations comply with building codes and safety standards.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to assemble and disassemble products following installation guidelines.
• Basic computer networking aptitude.
• Experience with electronics components and low/high voltage wiring.
• Willingness to travel 50%-75% and work from ladders at heights.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor of Science Degree.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or assembly of electronics for Aerospace, Robotics, or Automotive.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
