• Experience in re-entry, workforce development, or human services
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to balance accountability with empathy
• Proficiency in documenting case notes and tracking data

Responsibilities

• Connect participant interests, experiences, and ambitions to real-world opportunities
• Guide individuals toward long-term workforce success
• Work directly with participants, employers, and community partners
• Contribute to placements that strengthen families and reduce recidivism
