You'll rotate through critical dispensary functions to gain subject matter expertise in operations, experience, and people. This fast-track role prepares you to become an Assistant General Manager while supervising daily operations and optimizing the customer journey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations and compliance
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee deliveries and transfers
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions
• Facilitate omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass background checks
