💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 7 Outbound BDRs, shaping strategy and running campaigns to drive growth in UKI and Nordics markets. Your core impact is hitting monthly targets and developing top performers. This role will have you working alongside local leadership to execute regional strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and energize a team of 7 Outbound BDRs to hit monthly targets
  • Drive strategy using account-based approaches and targeted campaigns
  • Coach reps through 1-2-1s, call reviews, and role plays
  • Maintain playbook with sequences, scripts, and qualification frameworks
  • Design incentives for healthy competition and hire new talent

📋 Requirements

  • 10–18 months of direct management experience in SaaS
  • Proven multi-channel outbound track record
  • Experience with account-based selling strategies
  • Data-driven approach to diagnose problems and improve performance
