💼 About This Role

You'll own a named account list and drive full-cycle sales for an AI sales platform in a high-velocity environment. You'll partner with marketing on ABM-style campaigns and help build the outbound playbook as the company scales. This role is at a post-product-market fit startup entering scale mode.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of target accounts and persist until you break into priority prospects.
  • Conduct deep research, identify buying signals, and multi-thread key stakeholders.
  • Execute highly personalized outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Lead discovery, demos, objection handling, and closing conversations.

📋 Requirements

  • 2-3 years of outbound sales experience (full-cycle preferred).
  • Experience working with named accounts / ABM strategies.
  • Proven ability to perform in high-velocity environments (10-15+ meetings/month).
  • Must be technical and analytical, with strong communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of a second language is an asset.
  • Strong outbound SDRs who have closed deals will be considered.
  • Based in the Greater Vancouver area for in-person collaboration.
