💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the key HR leader supporting teams across multiple locations at Vast, a company building next-generation space stations. You'll influence business and talent initiatives, focusing on organizational design, change leadership, and talent management. This role offers the chance to support high-growth space exploration and work with executive leadership to drive employee engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as key HR leader across multiple teams and locations
• Partner with stakeholders on organizational design and talent management
• Recommend and implement new HR processes to support business growth
• Provide counsel on complex employee matters and wage hour laws

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in an HR Business Partner role
• Ability to coach leaders on personal and team development
• Experience designing and deploying HR systems and processes

✨ Nice to Have

• HR experience in a tech start-up or high growth company
• Background supporting Manufacturing groups with large hourly workforce
• Aerospace background
