💼 About This Role

You'll lead stormwater infrastructure maintenance for a fast-growing consulting engineering firm. Your work directly protects and improves water quality in local communities. This role combines hands-on outdoor labor with crew leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and schedule landscaping and maintenance of stormwater infrastructure
• Lead a crew of 2-4 members and enforce safety regulations
• Perform mowing, debris removal, and light construction repairs
• Operate landscaping equipment and maintain the equipment trailer
• Travel to client sites regionally up to 10 days per month

📋 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of manual labor or outdoor work
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
