You'll join Waymo's People team to transform workforce data into actionable insights that shape HR and business strategies. You will collaborate across teams to own end-to-end analytical projects from scoping to presentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to answer data-related questions.
• Explore diverse datasets (hiring, exit surveys, etc.) for insights.
• Build and maintain data infrastructure for accuracy and scalability.
• Own end-to-end analytical projects from scoping to presentation.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent in data analytics.
• 4+ years in hiring analytics, HR reporting, or People Analytics.
• SQL proficiency for reporting and dashboards.
• Advanced Google Sheets proficiency.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization for storytelling.
• Experience with relational database design/schemas.
• Experience with statistical methods like regression.
