🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and coach shift hourly associates
• Conduct daily shift and safety meetings
• Track absenteeism and timekeeping daily
• Perform accident investigations and report to management

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or related work experience
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in production
• Leadership skills to train and develop large teams
• Computer literacy to input production data

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
