💼 About This Role

You'll lead a 60+ person Product Engineering org building Crusoe's customer-facing cloud platform. You'll drive the roadmap for developer portal, identity, billing, and managed services, ensuring reliability and security at scale. This role combines deep technical leadership with direct customer impact at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a 60+ person Product Engineering org through senior managers and leads.
• Drive roadmap for cloud platform including developer portal and billing.
• Set technical direction for identity, registries, metrics, and managed logging.
• Handle major customer escalations and key product decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering and 5+ years leading 40-100+ engineer orgs.
• Experience owning a customer-facing cloud platform (IaaS, PaaS, managed services).
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity while maintaining quality and on-call discipline.
