• Lead production operations to meet safety, quality, and budget goals.

• Manage direct reports, including evaluations and development.

📋 Requirements

• Five to ten years of relevant industry experience.
• Progressive responsibility in production management.
• ERP system proficiency for documentation.
• Safety/housekeeping/PPE practices knowledge.
