Description

You will own the end-to-end experience strategy and execution for our prenatal diagnostic platform Unity, translating complex molecular diagnostics into seamless, trustworthy experiences for clinicians and patients. You'll lead design from research through implementation, applying systems thinking across an interconnected healthcare ecosystem.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in UX, product design, or service design
• 3+ years in leadership roles with design strategy ownership
• Proven track record designing in healthcare, biotech, or complex regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Own UX vision and strategy for patient and provider platforms
• Partner with product leadership to shape roadmaps and priorities
• Lead end-to-end design: research, wireframing, prototyping, testing
• Create high-quality design artifacts and drive design system evolution
• Mentor junior designers and foster culture of design excellence
