Description

You will help build Clear Street's People Analytics capability from the ground up, partnering with Engineering to define data models, implement governance standards, and deliver foundational dashboards to inform strategic workforce decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years in People Analytics with experience building HR reporting frameworks
• Strong SQL proficiency and familiarity with data modeling concepts
• Experience with BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Sigma)
• Strong understanding of HR systems (HRIS, ATS, performance, compensation)
• Excellent executive communication and data storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering to define HR data model logic and requirements
• Implement data governance practices across HR systems
• Define core workforce metrics (headcount, attrition, hiring, forecast)
• Design and deliver dashboards for headcount, recruiting, and workforce planning
• Support workforce forecasting and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders
