💼 About This Role

You'll partner with senior leaders across North America to embed 'Best for Perk' people strategies in a hyper-growth environment. Your core impact will be defining and delivering people strategy for Revenue leadership and driving high performance at scale through change and ambiguity. This role stands out for its leadership opportunity, managing and developing a People Partner while championing employee experience across the region.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Act as trusted partner to VP Sales, VP Supplier Partnerships, and VP AmTrav on people strategy
  • Lead and develop a People Partner, setting priorities and providing coaching
  • Co-create with leaders to implement better ways of working and drive high performance
  • Use data insights to diagnose challenges, track progress, and measure impact

📋 Requirements

  • Senior People Partner experience partnering Sales or Revenue organizations in fast-growing tech companies
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders
  • Global experience with North America being a must-have region
  • Experience leading change effectively with empathy and structure
