🎯 What You'll Do

  • Act as escalation point for customer inquiries and technical issues
  • Manage accounts for new product adoptions including pricing configuration
  • Develop strategies to identify at-risk clients and implement retention initiatives
  • Oversee customer lifecycle management and drive operational efficiency

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management
  • Strong commercial acumen to identify customer needs and drive upselling opportunities
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high documentation accuracy
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
