💼 About This Role

You'll join the Picus Global TAC team to deliver technical support for customers using the Picus Security Validation Platform. You'll troubleshoot issues with security devices like AV, Firewall, WAF, IPS, DLP, SIEM, EDR, and XDR, and drive product improvements. This remote role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies and a chance to become a trusted advisor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and resolve customer technical issues with minimal supervision.
• Research and identify improvements for the Picus platform.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Test security technology responses using Picus products.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• A few years of experience in cybersecurity with hands-on SIEM, EDR, and XDR troubleshooting.
• Expert TCP/IP networking knowledge and protocol analysis (e.g., Wireshark).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Linux system administration.
• Knowledge of Windows or Linux OS management and risks.
• Familiarity with NG Firewalls, IPS, WAF, DLP, AV, and email security.
