You'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor to regional and market leaders, translating business objectives into people strategies that drive performance and engagement. You'll balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution in employee relations, talent management, and compliance across a multi-state footprint. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Regional Directors to align people strategies with business goals
• Handle complex employee relations matters and investigations
• Coach field leaders on effective people management practices
• Drive engagement initiatives and culture efforts across the region

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with field-based multi-unit teams
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing outcomes
• Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of employment laws
• Ability to travel up to 50%
