You'll lead transaction advisory engagements across buy-side and sell-side due diligence, supporting private equity firms and corporate clients. Your work will focus on key value drivers and risks to deliver high-quality financial analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• Oversee Quality of Earnings, working capital, and cash flow analyses
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements and project teams
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and manage relationships

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in audit or transaction advisory services
• 3+ years direct experience in financial due diligence
• CPA designation required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP

• Experience with private equity clients
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• AI and data automation tools a plus
