As an ISR, you'll specialize in enterprise account prospecting, conduct deep-dive research, and consultatively engage senior decision-makers to build high-value pipelines, directly impacting the company's revenue engine.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of SDR or Inside Sales experience in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity
- Hungry, consultative, analytical, creative, resilient, coachable, and competitive mindset
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to conduct rigorous account research and persona mapping
- Excellent communication skills for engaging senior decision-makers
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic account prospecting into Fortune 500 and Global 2000 accounts
- Master persona mapping and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
- Engage decision-makers through consultative, value-led outreach
- Drive multi-channel engagement via email, social selling, and outbound calls
- Accelerate pipeline growth by qualifying inbound MQLs and converting to meetings
