Requirements

  • 1-3 years of SDR or Inside Sales experience in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity
  • Hungry, consultative, analytical, creative, resilient, coachable, and competitive mindset
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to conduct rigorous account research and persona mapping
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging senior decision-makers

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic account prospecting into Fortune 500 and Global 2000 accounts
  • Master persona mapping and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
  • Engage decision-makers through consultative, value-led outreach
  • Drive multi-channel engagement via email, social selling, and outbound calls
  • Accelerate pipeline growth by qualifying inbound MQLs and converting to meetings
