💼 About This Role

You'll lead a work crew of 5-10 individuals in public beautification projects, providing on-the-job coaching and creating an uplifting work environment. This role is ideal if you enjoy a non-traditional, outdoor workspace and have experience mentoring youth or adults.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a work crew in litter abatement and landscaping projects
• Comply with time and attendance processes
• Ensure customer work orders are completed to a high standard
• Assign job duties and set reasonable goals for completion

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
• Must be able to work outdoors and stand for long periods
• Must be able to drive a 12 passenger van with attached trailer

• Previous safety training preferred
• Experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring youth or groups of adults
• Mechanically inclined to diagnose equipment issues
