You'll lead internal tools and AI-powered automation teams at Klaviyo, building platforms that improve efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Support. Your work will directly impact how thousands of Klaviyos get their work done every day through fast iteration and high ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engineering teams building internal tools and platforms
• Shape technical direction for AI-powered automation workflows
• Partner with stakeholders to translate challenges into software solutions
• Foster culture of collaboration, systems thinking, and technical excellence

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• 3+ years as an engineering manager leading high-performing teams
• Experience with modern AI tools and workflows (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Experience building internal tools or platforms for developers
• Hands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes)
• Full-stack environment experience optimizing application performance
