You'll lead go-to-market strategy operations and drive competitive intelligence for a leading AI-driven customer experience platform. You'll shape product and market strategy by translating complex market dynamics into actionable insights that position Talkdesk to win in the evolving CXA space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence program
• Develop defensive and offensive strategies for AI-driven CXA
• Influence product roadmap based on competitive insights
• Create sales training materials like battle cards and playbooks

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or related roles
• Industry knowledge of AI-driven automation or contact center SaaS
• Experience building marketing assets like pitch decks and demo videos
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
