Description
In this role, you'll partner with newly enrolled customers to create customized onboarding plans and support them over their first 30 days to achieve their goals. You'll make outbound calls, listen to customer needs, and coach them on using the product to maximize retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years client-facing onboarding or support experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent English communication skills
- Hard-working, reliable, and adaptable
- Curious and eager to learn
Responsibilities
- Partner with newly enrolled Pros on custom onboarding plans
- Make 75+ outbound dials/day or maintain 5+ hours talk time
- Listen to customer needs, handle objections, resell product value
- Coach customers on implementing Housecall Pro and achieving goals
- Identify high-risk accounts and escalate as needed
