Description

You will build and operate Midi Health's asynchronous care engine, owning end-to-end performance including throughput, quality, and cost. Manage a multi-layered clinical operations team to scale volume efficiently while maintaining SLAs and safety standards.

• Experience building and operating high-volume async care engine
• Proven ability to manage multi-layered leadership teams
• Strong operational systems design and culture building skills
• Accountability for results with clear performance metrics
• Preference for Bay Area, CA location

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end async performance including throughput, backlog, and SLA compliance
• Design and scale multi-layer leadership structure for clinical operations
• Coach and performance-manage managers to drive consistent execution
• Monitor workload distribution and maintain sustainable operating rhythms
• Define and refine time-per-task benchmarks and unit economics
