You'll support merchants in completing their onboarding journey with Paytm Payments Services, guiding them through document submission and compliance checks. Your core impact is ensuring smooth and timely activation while managing portfolios. This role involves high-volume follow-ups and coordination with internal teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Connect with merchants via calls, emails, or chats to guide onboarding steps.
• Ensure submission and verification of required documents (KYC, KYB).
• Follow up on pending actions and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records in CRM/ERP/Tracker.

📋 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in telesales, operations, or onboarding roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/regional language.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Target-oriented and detail-focused with ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
