🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers
• Create launch plans and roadmap to increase product usage
• Track implementation progress, adoption, and account health
• Run training sessions and demonstrate technology to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of senior Customer Success or account management
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
• Experience supporting technical products
• Bachelor's degree from 4-year institution
