🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for assigned skilled nursing facility patients.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in quality initiatives like chronic care management.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license (MD/DO).
• Board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
