You'll build end-to-end MarTech solutions for Dressly, a fashion-tech startup using AI and personalization. Your core impact is creating internal platforms that drive 10x marketing efficiency through automation and generative AI. This role offers early-stage influence and collaboration with founders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop end-to-end MarTech platforms from scratch
• Integrate and orchestrate Generative AI pipelines
• Build architecture for big data collection and analytics
• Automate routine marketing analysis and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or Go
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Practical experience with production monitoring and CI/CD pipelines
• Deep understanding of tools beyond surface-level usage

• Experience with AI-assisted coding and AI agents for production
• Experience with AI orchestration platforms like n8n
