Description

You'll provide venipuncture and other clinical support services while delivering exceptional patient experiences at our primary care offices. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling both lab and front desk duties to remove barriers to care.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with technology suite including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and EMR systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and feedback culture

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class venipuncture services across all age groups
• Perform extended scope duties such as EKGs, ear lavages, vaccines, and specimen collection
• Manage patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and follow-up
• Maintain lab standards with proper specimen handling and tool sterilization
• Handle front desk check-in/check-out and administrative tasks
