You'll lead product strategy for the Flagship Group, building AI-powered real estate growth platforms. Your work will directly shape core products used by over 87,000 real estate professionals and drive company momentum toward $100M ARR. You'll collaborate with a skilled design and engineering team in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own roadmap for Presence platform features and improvements
• Run discovery with customers and internal teams to validate problems
• Write crisp PRDs, roadmaps, and decision docs for alignment
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship delightful experiences

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management
• 2–3 years leading 0→1 or major revamp initiatives
• Experience building AI-powered products (agentic workflows, LLM selection)
• Startup mindset: thrive in ambiguity, balance speed with quality
