💼 About This Role

You'll be an integral part of our Practice-wide Specifications Team, preparing and managing specification writing for architecture and engineering projects. You'll advise project teams on bidding and contracting procedures, ensuring project success. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff and innovate in building science.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as the specifications point person, advising architects and engineers.
• Manage and lead specifications on diverse projects.
• Mentor junior team members and manage workload deadlines.
• Write and edit architectural specifications and coordinate with disciplines.

📋 Requirements

• Aptitude for specifications and passion for building science.
• Degree in architecture or engineering, or diploma in architectural technology.
• Experience writing or editing specifications or equivalent from contract administration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certification as CSP or RSW.
• Knowledge of MasterFormat, UniFormat, SectionFormat, and OmniClass.
• Experience with sustainable certification standards like LEED, WELL, or Living Building Challenge.
