💼 About This Role

You'll define Asana's growth strategy for LLM-driven channels like ChatGPT and Claude. You'll drive acquisition playbooks and re-imagine new customer onboarding in the AI era. This role offers a chance to pioneer growth strategies in a PLG organization using experimentation and causal inference.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze new user funnel and identify levers for conversion revenue
• Design experiments and own key performance metrics
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UXR on growth opportunities
• Mentor fellow Data Scientists and disseminate best practices

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years data science experience, majority in growth at B2B SaaS
• Proven track record driving acquisition and activation for B2B SaaS
• Experience with AI/ML products, LLM APIs, or third-party integrations
• Expert in SQL and fluent in Python, R, or Scala

• Strong preference for conversational AI or building features with ChatGPT/Claude
• Deep fluency in experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
