You'll deliver new product capabilities across OpenGov's full stack, from database models to UI components, owning features end-to-end. Your core impact will be building AI-powered product experiences and using AI-assisted development tools daily to accelerate your output. You'll also help establish the practices that make your team effective in this new operating model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve APIs, microservices, and frontend experiences
• Own features end-to-end with Product and Design
• Build AI-powered product features like intelligent data analysis
• Use AI-assisted development tools daily

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in agile environment
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React or similar)
• Experience building heavily utilized enterprise SaaS software
• Experience building AI-powered product features

• Experience working directly with customers to improve products
• Track record of experimenting with new AI tools
• Previous work in govtech, fintech, or regulated SaaS environments
