🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as SME for Leave of Absence and ADA programs.
• Lead end-to-end leave administration ensuring compliance.
• Oversee vendor relationships and performance.
• Partner with Payroll for accurate pay administration.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and Workers Compensation
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy
