Description

As part of the SpaceX EHS team, you will own the Hawthorne industrial hygiene and ergonomics programs, ensuring these practices are integrated into all workplace aspects. You'll conduct on-site reviews, develop solutions, lead investigations, and maintain compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years professional experience in industrial hygiene with emphasis on ergonomics
• CIH or CPE preferred
• Experience with federal, state, and local safety regulations
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Serve as site SME for industrial hygiene program
• Serve as site SME for ergonomic program
• Conduct on-site reviews to identify ergonomic stressors and implement solutions
• Lead root cause investigations into significant events
• Develop and maintain compliance with OSHA, NIOSH, ACGIH regulations
