💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical anchor across our AI-augmented engineering organization, bridging Senior AI Coding Engineers, an AI/ML Developer, and intern cohorts. You'll set technical direction and own cross-cutting architectural decisions for AI systems while remaining hands-on with code. This role offers the unique opportunity to champion AI-assisted development practices across the entire engineering function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI systems and product surfaces
• Mentor senior engineers and interns through technical coaching
• Drive resolution of complex production incidents and root-cause analyses
• Review and merge high-impact PRs, maintaining code quality standards

📋 Requirements

• 6–8 years of professional software engineering experience
• Minimum 2 years as technical lead across multiple squads
• Expert proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Go
• Experience with AI coding assistants in daily professional workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Experience with GPU/TPU compute provisioning and cloud cost optimization
