💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of data scientists building fraud detection models at SentiLink, a fintech company transforming identity verification. You'll drive end-to-end model development and mentor your team to deliver impactful solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 2-3 data scientists, growing to 5-6
• Develop fraud detection models through full lifecycle
• Write production-ready code for real-time decisions
• Lead planning and communication with senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years relevant work experience with Masters or 7+ years with PhD
• 2-5 years managing data scientists, ideally in startup
• 3+ years startup experience
• Production code writing and testing experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with identity solutions or fintech
• Experience with SOTA ML solutions
• Background in fraud is a plus but not required
