You'll lead the Behavioral team building the intelligence layer that turns raw customer signals into marketing triggers for a leading personalization platform. Your core impact will be designing and implementing distributed systems that detect patterns like cart abandonment and price drops. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape the behavioral platform architecture and technical vision
• Design and implement services for behavioral pattern detection
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship
• Partner with engineering manager and product to plan incremental delivery

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Significant experience with distributed, event-driven backend systems
• Hands-on technical leadership experience
• Experience with high-volume event data processing systems

• Familiarity with rule engines or decisioning engines
