You will build scalable people and workforce analytics capabilities, partnering with HR, FP&A, and Data teams to deliver insights on workforce trends, hiring effectiveness, headcount planning, and people-related financial impact. You'll combine analytical skills with business storytelling to help leadership make informed decisions.
