Description

You will provide field service support for ASM's CVD/EPI/PEALD/Furnace tools at customer sites in Dongguan. You'll maintain tool uptime, manage new equipment installations, and drive continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Proven success in building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
• English language fluency

Responsibilities

• Maintain tool uptime and execute installation and hardware support
• Develop and maintain technical information for stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience through team, hardware, software, and support tool development
• Manage new product installs and subsequent hardware development
• Project manage new evaluations and ensure success
