💼 About This Role

You'll join Palantir's in-house legal team to handle cross-border M&A and global corporate governance matters. You'll partner with business leaders to drive expansion into new jurisdictions while solving complex structural challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead structuring and negotiation of M&A and joint venture transactions.
• Drive global business expansion including subsidiary formation.
• Advise on global corporate governance and equity compensation issues.
• Draft and prepare statutory filings and board materials.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one US state.
• 3-7 years corporate transactions experience at law firm or in-house.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
