🎯 What You'll Do

• Review contracts and addendums to ensure system accuracy
• Execute retention/renewal lifecycle including communication and negotiation
• Update Salesforce with renewal notes and data points
• Identify at-risk clients and define issues inhibiting timely renewal

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment
• Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Familiarity with Salesforce as a sales platform
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
