You'll drive customer satisfaction by exceeding SLA targets while performing advanced repairs, including motherboard-level fixes. You will diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software failures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and service excellence. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform in-house fault analysis and repairs, including motherboard repairs
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures
• Update internal systems to ensure accurate repair actions and parts usage
• Assist with key-loading, warranty keys, software, and Terminal IDs

📋 Requirements

• Electronics background essential with repair experience preferred
• Motherboard repair and soldering experience
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Outlook and MS Excel

• Understanding of the Payments Solutions industry
• Experience in warehousing/logistics environment
• Exposure to logistics and inventory management applications
