• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on Macs and PCs
• Troubleshoot networking issues and configure infrastructure
• Act as the focal technical support point for APAC employees

• End-user support experience in IT
• Experience troubleshooting Mac-related issues
• Experience troubleshooting network issues
• Knowledge of Google applications
