🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute daily operational oversight of shift assignment quality reviews
  • Develop processes to maximize worker success and reach P&L targets
  • Reduce shifts not meeting quality standards via data analysis and collaboration
  • Create customer reports and meeting materials conveying key narratives

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2+ years in an analytical role (bizops, consulting, investment banking, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills blending quantitative data with qualitative insights
  • Well-versed in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn
