🎯 What You'll Do
- Execute daily operational oversight of shift assignment quality reviews
- Develop processes to maximize worker success and reach P&L targets
- Reduce shifts not meeting quality standards via data analysis and collaboration
- Create customer reports and meeting materials conveying key narratives
📋 Requirements
- 1-2+ years in an analytical role (bizops, consulting, investment banking, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills blending quantitative data with qualitative insights
- Well-versed in Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn
