You'll drive growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts at Swap, the ecommerce OS. You'll engage with senior stakeholders, understand their needs, and position Swap's offerings as the ideal solution, while also developing multi-threaded outbound strategies to generate leads.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Research and identify key decision-makers in enterprise accounts
- Execute outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social media
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into meetings
- Track metrics like lead conversion and pipeline development in CRM
๐ Requirements
- 1-2 years of BDR or SDR experience
- Experience prospecting into enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo)
