🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead post-award integration and strategy for new Assessment Organisations
• Translate UK regulatory shifts into agile internal workflows
• Own external stakeholder relationships with Awarding Organisations
• Champion AI-first automation of the certification journey
• Upskill team to handle outlier cases and maintain KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in high-growth operations (Fintech, EdTech, RegTech)
• 3+ years managing managers in a scaling environment
• Track record of redesigning workflows with AI/automation
• Experience leading major vendor migration or regulatory pivot

• UK vocational training or Academic Office experience
