You'll own revenue growth and lead teams in the mid-market segment, driving strategy and execution for industrial reliability solutions. You'll build scalable sales organizations and achieve predictable outcomes through disciplined pipeline management.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Set and execute regional mid-market sales strategy
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization
- Drive predictable revenue through pipeline reviews and deal prioritization
- Own talent planning including hiring and performance management
- Establish executive-level relationships with key customers
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years leading and coaching sales leaders and quota-carrying teams
- 6+ years in quota-carrying B2B sales with a track record of exceeding targets
- Proven ability in forecasting and pipeline management
- Engineering background or industrial sales experience
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Multi-site expansion and account value growth
- Compliance knowledge (e.g., CASL)
