You'll join the Growth Team to drive Theodo's growth by attracting and recruiting top tech and business talent. You'll own the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer, ensuring high-quality hires and an excellent candidate experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and events
• Manage full recruitment cycle for 24 hires per year
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Improve recruitment tools and processes continuously

📋 Requirements

• Top business or engineering school graduate
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience
• Fluent in French and English
• Proven sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS

• Experience in tech or consulting recruitment
• Familiarity with lean methodologies
• Knowledge of the French engineering school ecosystem
