💼 About This Role

You'll design transformative leadership experiences and coach senior leaders for a global network reshaping education. Your work will accelerate the impact of thousands of social entrepreneurs, teachers, and system leaders across 60+ countries. You'll help scale leadership initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region and co-design a new Transforming Systems Fellowship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with global teams to diagnose leadership needs of key stakeholders.
• Co-design vision and scope for new leadership development programs.
• Coach senior leaders and leadership teams.
• Lead project teams to manage leadership initiatives from idea to execution.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional experience
• Expertise in leadership development and/or organizational development
• Experience coaching others, leading teams, or working with senior leaders
• Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate in-person and/or online learning experiences
